EU Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Withdrawal Period

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

If your order contains multiple goods delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement (e.g. by email) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Simply stating that you wish to withdraw, along with your order number and name, is sufficient.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them — whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before this 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
